We are proud of our certification as a Great Place to Work with excellent results, and our employees typically have long tenures.About the job Your task will be to manage and develop the HR and administration function at Belden Cekan A/S in collaboration with the HR manager. A key responsibility will be implementing a robust HR annual cycle to ensure transparency and efficiency in our HR processes in line with the corporate policies. The position is primarily full-time, but we are willing to accommodate reduced working hours for the right candidate. Your primary tasks will include: HR administration, maintenance of employee data, and KPI reporting Competence development Maintenance of personnel policies, employee handbook, and process descriptions. Conducting employee satisfaction surveys Payroll administration for hourly employees, as well as handling wage reimbursements Recruitment Onboarding and offboarding processes Who are you?
