The Position
In this position you will ensure stability and quality in our training administration processes and tools. You will participate or drive standardization projects that provide our internal stakeholders with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration. It is all for the benefit of our end users, an increasingly agile workforce. We want to minimize the time spend on training as well as on maintenance of the training content across Novo Nordisk.
Your main tasks will be to deliver professional support to our internal stakeholders on the Novo Nordisk principles for how to handle our Training Administration processes.
Among other things you will:
Your main stakeholders are within the Novo Nordisk Training Community, right from those how are writing and designing our training setups to those how make the training available in our LMS. You will participate in or drive projects, make recommendations as well as facilitating meetings with project members and stakeholders. You will be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with our colleagues in Bangalore, India. In this position you will have possibility to work from both of our locations in Bagsværd or Kalundborg.

Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will allow you to work efficiently with global stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.
About the Department
You will join the business area Training & Capability Building which is a part of Global People and Organisation. You will become part of a department which is responsible for delivering standardized and automated training administration across Novo Nordisk. We are expanding the team to meet the increased need for a more globalised, standardized and automated training administration in Novo Nordisk. In this journey you will, together with your colleagues, play an important part in ensuring that our processes and tools are in compliance with the requirements and providing our customers with a simple and easy setup in how to handle their training administration.
