Job Summary
Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S (Tetra Pak Ice Cream) –The world´s leading supplier of machinery and lines for producing, treating, and packing of ice cream products. We are looking for a Global Product Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team in Aarhus, Denmark. This team of 20+ experts is dedicated to designing and developing sophisticated ice cream production solutions.
Global traveling required: 20-40 days/year.
The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
What you will do


  • Work closely together with Product Managers to define and execute the development roadmap and coordinate with the product team on projects and technical tasks.
  • Design, develop and implement Ice Cream Processing Units (IPU) based on Product Lifecycle improvements.
  • Collect and interpret market feedback on the technical performance of the Ice Cream Processing Unit and translate this into improvement proposals for product management.
  • Coordinate and specify the development needed to continuously improve the overall performance and robustness of the Ice Cream Processing Unit in a cost effective and sound manner.
  • Provide business and sales support by transforming product insights into business growth opportunities.
  • Organize training of sales and service colleagues, focusing on ‘training the trainer’ initiatives.
  • Maintain regular contact with colleagues from Tetra Pak's global market companies and customers for technical/commercial support, i.e. support sales with cost calculations and evaluation of technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues. (From our office or at customer site).
  • Provide and secure input to technical documentation and manuals.
We believe you have


  • A solid track record with Product Lifecycle management and technical product responsibility –preferably from the food solutions industry.
  • Minimum BA level degree in the field of engineering or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and preferably thermodynamics.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish language is required.
