As our new Digital Transformation Consultant for Team Track in our Logistics tribe, you will be joining a team of highly motivated colleagues. You will have a wide range of touchpoints throughout the organization including Product Owners, developers, UX/UI designers, local management, and operational staff. You will play an important role in the supply chain transparency development team and report to the Chapter Lead of Logistics DTC’s. In the role as DTC, you are the bridge between our operational staff and our development team. You will assist the Product Owner with designing the optimal solution for a given feature and make sure the functionality is implemented and embedded in operational practices. More specifically your main responsibilities include:
Analyzing processes across our logistics business
Analyzing and presenting the value of a given initiative
Design & build desired solutions as part of a cross functional team
Implement and follow up on added value in our operation

It is a big advantage if you have experience within the logistics industry, planning, tracking and are familiar with working in an agile setup with SCRUM methodologies.

Note for candidates already employed at DFDS: this position can be located at any of our Logistics offices, but regular travel is expected to the Headquarter in Copenhagen to be part of the product team physically alongside ad-hoc travel to visit other Logistics locations.
