Digital Installation Engineer
Are you an experienced Food and Beverage professional with an interest in digital tools and industrial automation systems? If yes, Ecolab’s Food & Beverage division in Denmark is looking for a dedicated Installation Engineer to join our team, with occasional responsibilities in Norway. What You Will Do:
- Interact with customers to prepare for installation and configure Ecolab’s digital tools.
- Connect customer PLCs to the Ecolab digital tool and work with the customer.
- Collect data and determine which objects to ask for during installations.
- Your customers will predominantly be in Denmark, but occasional travel days to Norway is to be expected.
Qualifications:
- Your formal education could be varied, for instance you could have a Dairy Technician or IT specialist background but, the position requires you to have an extensive knowledge of CIP (cleaning in place).
- Experience with F&B industrial automation systems and proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology is a plus, but we have extensive training programs to help.
- Digital fluency and experience are significant advantages.
- Solid proficiency with MS Office and strong IT skills in general.
- Fluency in English and Danish proficiency.
