We are looking for a new Designer to join our top professional Research & Development team. This is a great opportunity to grow and improve your skills, and spread your wings in the textile and fashion industry.
A unique opportunity to be a part of our R&D team
The primary focus of this role is to assist our Chief Innovation Officer in developing tech packs, which include all the technical specifications and design details that make each product unique. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphic content for upcoming collections and concepts. Additionally, you’ll actively participate in the creative process, contributing to the development of new designs and collections.
In this position, your key tasks will include:

Creating garment tech packs for menswear
Designing graphic presentations of collections, including product descriptions
Conducting trend research
Measuring and washing garments to ensure quality and fit standards
Collaborating with the R&D team and factories to develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo of our products
Supporting the team in quality testing new styles
Search fabric library and handle it in house

As a person, you:

Have 1-3 years of experience as a designer - it is an advantage if you have experience with designing menswear
Are ready for a junior position where you can learn and grow
Possess a can-do attitude and an open mind
Embrace our principle that "teamwork makes the dream work"
Have a strong passion for product development & design
Are able to work in a structured manner

The position is based at our head office in Aalborg, which houses 70 Shapers from various departments. While the position is based at our HQ, we are flexible when it comes to working remotely or from our other locations. We also offer up to 60 days of workcation as part of our benefits program - meaning you can work remotely from anywhere in Europe!
