As a Contract Specialist, you will be drafting all employment contracts and addendums for both new and existing employees working across multiple countries. You will ensure that all documents comply with local laws and company policies. Additionally, you will contribute to implementing, maintaining and updating the legal framework within HR, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all employment related documents and policies. While knowledge of employment law in Singapore, Norway, Germany, and Sweden is not required, curiosity and a desire to explore employment law in new countries are essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts for new hires across the organization.
Creating and updating addendums, bonus agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Maintaining and updating the company’s legal template framework and HR-related policies.
Ensuring all contracts and agreements comply with employment laws and regulations in relevant countries.
Providing ad-hoc legal advice to the organization.
Handling various administrative tasks when needed.

Hold a master’s degree in law or business law, or have a similar relevant background.
Are fluent in professional English, both written and spoken.
