Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in preparing healthy and delicious dishes that delight everyone
Help design varied and appealing menus that cater to diverse tastes Ensure the kitchen adheres to high standards of food safety and hygiene Support the head chef in leading and training kitchen staff Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a sous chef, preferably in a canteen or similar environment
Strong passion for cooking and commitment to quality

Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting A positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills
