Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are currently seeking a proficient System Engineer with expertise in the automotive industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in both hardware and software systems and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder requirements and ensure project success.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Apply ASPICE Level 3 standards to ensure compliance and quality in engineering processes.
• Utilize your knowledge of electronics, combining hardware and software skills to support system development.
• Create graphical drawings and safety documentation to support system design and implementation.
• Collaborate remotely with nearshore teams, contributing to a dynamic team of 10-30 professionals.

Your Profile :

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in system engineering within the automotive industry.
• You have strong technical understanding of both hardware and software systems.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• You have proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations effectively.
• You have experience with ASPICE Level 3 standards and their application in engineering processes.
