We're currently looking for an excited and talented Supplier Quality Specialist to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:
- Ensures the development of suppliers in the area of quality of supplied materials and input parts. Processes complaint procedure.
- Supplier quality - Ensures and implements the development of suppliers according to the standards IATF 16949, QS 9000 a VDA 6.1. Conducts negotiations with suppliers on quality issues. Cooperates with the Purchasing dpt. in selecting and excluding of the supplier.
- Supplier Complaints - Hands complaints in terms of quality of uncollected or in the manufacturing process discarded parts, materials and subassemblies. Keeps documentation of complaints. Designs and ensures the implementation of corrective and improving actions at suppliers. Responsible for verifying their effectiveness. Cooperates in resolving customer complaints caused by a defect in supplied parts.
- Audit at the supplier.
- Quality of the supplied parts and materials- Continuously monitors and controls the quality of input parts and materials. Actively cooperates with specialized departments to prevent quality problems in production as far as possible. Monitors, evaluates and records the level of quality of purchased parts and materials by suppliers. Processes illustrative charts and graphs on the quality of purchased parts.
- Cooperates on creation and responsibilities for updating of the Control Plans (PPAP) for input parts and materials.
- High school / University degree - technical.
- Knowledge of the standards ISO 9000, IATF 16949.
- PC user skills.
- Driver’s license B.
- The knowledge of English – level B2.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality or technology.
- Experience in dealing with business partners.
