You support our team as
Senior Engineer Injection Molding (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage, directly or with the team, specific engineering projects, installations, and molding process optimization and improvement including mold maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to injection molding
- Lead/support new product implementation, VAVE, LEAN, and cost-saving activities
- Follow molding capacities and plan further installations according to long-term forecasts and strategies
- Cooperates with other plants on the best practice identification and sharing
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Engineering
- Experience in injection molding and processing of plastic materials
- High level of experience with engineering projects and technical activities
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Czech languages
- Basic experience in Project management
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
