Senior Backend Developer
We are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of our backend development team and help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
What will your responsibilities include?
Pay: 140,000.00Kč - 180,000.00Kč per month

What will your responsibilities include?
- Leading and managing a backend team of five developers, including task assignment, project coordination, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Designing and making architectural decisions for backend systems, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Conducting regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Hands-on development of complex backend features and services.
- Researching and exploring new technologies and methods to enhance the efficiency and quality of our projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Solid knowledge of the software development process and SCRUM methodology.
- Strong expertise in programming languages and technologies such as Python.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
