Quality Manager
Join our team as a Quality Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in quality management to help drive excellence, continuous improvement and digitalization within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be working with highly dynamic teams significantly investing time and effort in how we develop services and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes.
- Monitor and assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and conduct internal audits and inspections.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality practices.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives related to quality issues.
- Proven experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Focus on quality improvement, digital transformation, and change management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Czech (Slovak) and English.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
