Role summary:
Ensuring input and output control of products, management of non-conforming product and methodical production support in the field of dimensional and visual inspection of manufactured parts.
Your Role:
- Inspection of manufactured parts with technical documentation and ensuring compliance of products with the drawing in accordance with the required dates
- Keeping documentation of measurements and ensuring effective inspection methods
- Solving non-conforming products in cooperation with other departments
- Participation in employee induction training in measurement and visual inspection areas
- Production support in measurement - performing control measurements, methodical guidance of operators in measurement
- Basic communication with customers on approval of concession requests for non-conforming products
- Performing of incoming goods inspection of outsourced parts and material certificates + receipt of material
- High school education, mechanical engineering orientation is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company (work with drawing documentation and precise gauges a requirement), or at least 1 year as quality inspector position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company
- Good reading skills of engineering drawings and working with precise gauges (knowledge of 3D measurement an advantage)
- English language is an advantage and fluent Czech language is required
- Basic knowledge of working on a PC - Windows, MS Office (Excel)
- Willingness to work in double shifts (Monday-Friday)
