Job Description
- Assist the Project Leader in various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain Power Point presentations to track project progress and updates.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting reports in both English and Czech languages.
- Monitor and follow up on prototype activities including supply, assembly, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with the Project Leader to develop project timelines, goals, and objectives.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
- Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and discussions.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of project-related events, workshops, and seminars.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and electric vehicle systems.
- Knowledgeable about automotive industry standards and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve problems effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Czech languages for clear communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
