Job description
The Project Coordinator will coordinate all operational aspects of medium size client projects and will support Project Managers in executing large global client projects. Senior Project Coordinators may also provide direction to Project Coordinators in support of project objectives. Senior Project Coordinators serve as a key resource for keeping project execution on track internally through project planning and monitoring. As primary contacts for fielding client requests, they are also critical to the ability of Korn Ferry to provide excellent customer service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training Program Coordination – Coordinate and provide logistics support leading up to and during all aspects training events to ensure a world-class experience for our training participants and guests. This includes coordinating facilitators, drafting, maintaining/distributing communications, organizing participant materials, managing course content, producing training sessions, and sending out any follow-up required materials to participants. Serve as a key point of contact during sessions providing any information and support needed to participants, clients and guests.


  • KF Academy specific training program support
    – Coordinate and support the execution, from a logistics perspective, of the Immersion Experience, Ramp Up, Pod Classes and Business Development Clinics. Support, as required, Global Onboarding and the One KF Consultant program. (see Specific Tasks on the appendix)


  • Relationships
    - Develop solid and effective working relationships with key functional contacts, HRBPs, facilitators, producers and Global training team. Regularly cascade information out and escalate issues back up to leadership.


  • Knowledge Management and Distribution
    – Maintain Share Point and One Drive to ensure all training materials and documents are centrally located, current (up to date branding, solution information etc), and easily accessible for all global team member and employees.


  • Materials and Continuous Improvement
    – Partner with KF Academy team to review training materials for continuous improvement to ensure they are current/up-to-date and accurately represent the company brand and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with marketing to maintain Korn Ferry branding standards for all materials. Regularly review documents for any content updates to include solution, branding, data etc. Administer feedback surveys following training programs, collect and consolidate data, and provide to Talent Development leadership for review.


  • Learning Management System “i Academy”–
    schedule, administer, and track key learning programs/courses in i Academy (Korn Ferry’s learning management system).


  • Special Projects / Other
    – Participate in and provide coordination support to broader Human Resources projects and key initiatives as needed.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years professional experience in a corporate setting.
  • Learning & Development experience a plus
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Must be able to work with little supervision, be detail-oriented and highly organized, flexible in terms of hours and responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines (in accordance with local employment laws).
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior level executives.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational/multi-tasking, highly responsive
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly client-service oriented required
  • Innovative and creative
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point with the ability to learn internal software programs.
  • Knowledge and/or proficiency in Articulate Rise/360 and Powtoon a plus.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to be a producer for Zoom or Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to balance client-centric delivery with business needs.
