Job Description

Role Summary

Human Resources supports the management of the organizations human resources.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing payroll for MANN+HUMMEL employees in Czech locations
Processing of payroll, advance payments, social security, health insurance and tax deductions
Income confirmation processing, pension plan calculations
Communication with authorities
Payroll support for foreigners
Data maintenance in SAP
Relocation not supported

YOUR PROFILE:

Education: University degree/high school education in Finance/Accounting
Experience: 2+ years experience with Czech payroll is a must, experience with automatization in payroll processes is an advantage
Required Skills: knowledge of Czech payroll legislation, MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Languages: minimum intermediate knowledge of English is required (B1+), knowledge of Czech language is required
Competencies: attention to detail, reliability, analytical thinking
