Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic lecturer to spearhead our course, "Innovate Faster: Agile Strategies for Real-World Results".
This course focuses on the practical application of Agile methodologies and innovation strategies in business. The key areas provided here, including Agile Methodology and Innovation in Business, are just a small example of the comprehensive curriculum covered in this 6-week course.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic lecturer to spearhead our course, "Innovate Faster: Agile Strategies for Real-World Results".
This course focuses on the practical application of Agile methodologies and innovation strategies in business. The key areas provided here, including Agile Methodology and Innovation in Business, are just a small example of the comprehensive curriculum covered in this 6-week course.
Main Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students on Agile principles and their application in various business contexts.
- Lead workshops and projects that allow students to develop Agile Project Plans, conduct Sprint Review Reports, create Innovation Case Studies, and build Lean Canvases.
- Provide hands-on learning experiences that encourage students to apply Agile strategies to achieve tangible business outcomes.
- Utilize your experience in Agile environments to provide students with insights into effective problem-solving and innovation in business.
- Support and encourage students as they undergo a transformative learning journey.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and grow.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Continuously update course content to reflect the latest trends and practices in Agile methodologies and business innovation.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure a seamless course experience.
- Extensive experience with Agile practices in business settings, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Czech (the course will be conducted in this language), and conversational English to interact with the rest of the company.
- Strong background in teaching or facilitating workshops focused on Agile and business innovation.
- Ability to support students by helping them understand concepts and solve problems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of people
