Financial Controller (m/f/d)
In this position you are responsible to ensure sound analysis and control of our financial data and the reporting to internal and external parties. You will be directly reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager.

Financial Controller (m/f/d)
In this position you are responsible to ensure sound analysis and control of our financial data and the reporting to internal and external parties. You will be directly reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager.
Your core responsibilities include:
- collect inputs from all depts and prepare monthly forecast and budget on a semi-annual basis
- analyze company performance, prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- perform product standard costing activities
- control automatized production booking

support the ERR development within Company, work on enhancement for ASTOM-G and Hifront
system for increasing efficiency and match to Company operation. - sales and pricing evidence process
- participate in statistics and accounting closing activities (monthly, semi-annual and annual)
- support process of internal control, internal audit, external audit & tax investigation.
- reporting of Internal control for J-SOX yearly and implementation of Self-audit on a semi-annual basis.
- Perform other tasks based on requirements of direct superior.
Profile and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the finance department of a manufacturing company
- Sound accounting experience and knowledge in the area of IFRS
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Strong PC skills including advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; willingness to learn and adapt new methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, working within international teams and multiple levels of management
