Electrical Engineer
Role Context:
As Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for our clients in the energy, chemicals, and resources industries. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical systems and projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. You’ll be part of a strong group of engineers and supported by the wider pool of Worley resources.
You'll be:
- Developing design packages for projects from feasibility studies, through to detailed design
- Carrying out Electrical engineering scopes and design services include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow the required checking procedures.
- Providing assistance and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Liaising with other disciplines to ensure requirements are captured and to feedback information back into the design process
- Working together with engineering delivery teams based in multiple countries/regions whilst complying with Quality and HSE standards and requirements throughout all project phases.
You'll have:
- A proven track record and technical knowledge in complex multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the industrial sector, power generation, conventional and alternative energy, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.
- An understanding of contemporary design concepts and philosophy.
- A solid understanding and working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices
- Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams, good communication skills.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in respective Engineering discipline
- The ability to speak Czech or Slovak as well as English to a professional proficiency.
