About the Role
As a Communication Specialist, you'll be the voice of IKEA in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. You’ll craft compelling narratives, build our brand, and inspire both customers and co-workers. Collaborating closely with our dynamic team, you’ll ensure everyone stays informed, engaged, and connected in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is a part-time contract (30 hours per week) limited for 2 years, covering for maternity leave.
What You’ll Do:
- Communication Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert, providing strategic advice and support across various business areas.
- Content Creation: Develop and deploy engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business partners, aligning communication strategies with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Drive internal and external communication projects, including media relations, Linked In social media, and event planning.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends to create innovative communication initiatives that align with IKEA’s values.
