Join Our Team as Commercial Manager
Are you a proactive and results-driven professional looking for your next challenge in the commercial sector? We are seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join our team at Dan Store, located in the vibrant port city of Liepāja, Latvia. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our business development and market expansion efforts in the Baltics.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Business Development: Identify market potentials and opportunities to diversify company activities and develop new business. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Develop, plan, and implement strategies that align with business goals to promote growth.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential customers to secure new contracts and partnerships. Establish excellent working relationships with existing customers and build a new customer base. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Networking and Client Visits: Visit potential and existing clients and partners as required to maintain and strengthen relationship networks. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Reporting and Improvement Recommendations: Report possible operational and technical improvements to senior management. Provide regular updates on market conditions, customer feedback, and areas for operational enhancements.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years+ in business development, sales, or commercial roles. Experience from forwarding/logistics is advantageous. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue. A 'good nose' for identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian, English, and Russian. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education: Degree in commercials/financial, general business, or technical fields.
