Do našeho zákaznického centra v Písku hledáme novou posilu - Asistentku/asistenta oddělení Obchodní podpory. Pracovní doba je flexibilní a po zapracování je možná i práce z domova. Získáte cenné pracovní zkušenosti v mezinárodní společnosti, které se budu vyjímat ve vašem životopise!
Místo výkonu práce: Písek, Zákaznické centrum Schneider Electric CZ
Co Vás na této pozici čeká?
- Budete pracovat na projektech v oblasti SAP, Bridge Front Office, logistiky
- Vypomáhat s přípravou dat k implementovaným procesům
- Připravovat podklady odkladů pro e-mailovou a telefonickou komunikaci se zákazníky
- Registrovat objednávky
- Komunikovat se zahraničními dodavateli
Co Vám můžeme nabídnout?
- Pracovní poměr na dohodu o pracovní činnosti do 20 hodin/týden - rádi bychom minimálně na jeden rok, ale je možná domluva
- Flexibilní pracovní dobu, přítomnost na pracovišti dle domluvy s vedoucím
- Získáte cenné zkušenosti ze stabilní nadnárodní společnosti
- Stravenkový paušál za každý den, kdy odpracujete minimálně 3 hodiny
- Nástup ihned, nebo dle dohody
Qualifications:
Jak si Vás představujeme?
- Jste student/ka nebo absolvent/ka VŠ nebo VOŠ
- Umíte pracovat s Microsoft Office
- Alespoň trochu ovládáte angličtinu – mírně až středně pokročilá úroveň (nutná schopnost komunikace a orientace v anglicky psaných databázích)
- Jste pečlivý/pečlivá a chcete se učit novým, zajímavým věcem
