Qualifications:

Academic Level: Technical degree, technologist, or professional
Desired Experience: Previous work experience in a call center providing technical support
English Proficiency: B2+/C1
Location: Must reside in Bogotá

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for security and surveillance devices

What We Offer:

Salary: $2,800,000 + commission up to $200,000 (Bancolombia or Av Villas)
Contract Type: Indefinite
Work Schedule: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating shifts and weekends off
Work Location: Cl. 93 #19-58, Bogotá
