We're looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be working with a leading e-commerce brand who sells consumer and home electronics (Io T, smart home devices) This is an in-office position. As a Tech Support Specialist you will troubleshoot customers issues and solve them. You will need to write emails and speak on the phone clearly in English. Job Responsibilities:
Learn the company's products and their typical issues and solutions
Understand customer problems so you can you accurately and quickly solve them
Communicate and coordinate with Tier 3 / IT as needed for more complex issues
Report customer issues and feedback to management to improve the customer experience and product
Requirements
C1 English (written and verbal) with certification
Clear and concise writing in English
Good listening skills, attention to detail on the phone in English
Experience working with technical support or technical background
Preferred Requirements:
C2 English with certification
Tech support experience with Io T, smart home devices
Experience with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Samsung Smart Home
Experience with Zendesk
