The Role As we continue expanding our platform across the globe, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in scaling Masabi’s presence in LATAM and beyond, focusing on hiring top-tier engineering talent (Backend, Frontend, and QA). This role is delivery-focused, requiring a hands-on approach to sourcing and recruiting engineers. Location: This role is only available remotely for anybody based in Argentina or Colombia.
Duration: 4 monthsinitially, with the possibility of extension.
Compensation: $2800 - $3600 USD per month
Responsibilities include:
Source, attract, and hire outstanding engineers, focusing primarily on Backend (Java, Kotlin), Frontend (Java Script, Vue.js), and QA roles.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates from initial contact to offer.
Partner with hiring managers and Head of Talent to deliver a streamlined, efficient recruitment process, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
Identify gaps in the hiring process and develop strategies to meet diversity and inclusion goals.
Work closely with the Talent Team to create and implement a scalable, long-term recruiting approach.
Use metrics and reporting to optimize recruiting strategies and track progress.
About you:
Solid experience and a proven track record of hiring engineering in LATAM, particularly Argentina.
Know which tools/platforms are likely to produce a good return on investment and will be adept at sourcing great candidates from a wide range of sources.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Data-driven approach and ability to use metrics in reporting.
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and highly proficient in both English and Spanish.
