We seek a dedicated and highly skilled Support Analyst to join our team. As a Support Analyst, you will be key in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and providing high-quality assistance and guidance. This position requires knowledge of software development and a lot of soft skills such as communication and ownership. This person will be the focal point of support with the client.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-level support to our clients, resolving issues effectively and promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with products or services.
Collaborate with other members of the support team to resolve complex issues.
Create and update support documentation, including knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional interactions.
Work with cross-functional teams, resolving complex issues in collaboration with development teams.
Communicate effectively to provide updates on your activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work as part of a team and provide effective support.
Knowledge of programming languages (Node JS, React, for example).
Organizational and time management skills.
