The Team and Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Cyber Security team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of IAM concepts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks taking ownership for every process from the beginning to end.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure and Sail Point, and a strong background in designing, implementing, documenting and managing IAM solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical design, implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions using various technologies such as Azure Entra (Azure AD), Sail Point and Service Now.
• Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
• Develop complex IAM Workflow solutions covering the lifecycle of Identities, Access Permissions, Privileged Accounts, etc.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers.
• Deliver advanced Sail Point Identity Now application management and tailored configurations, emphasizing the adaptation of the application to satisfy specific IAM business process needs.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using Sail Point's scripting language, Power Shell and other platforms such as Power Automate & Service Now to automate IAM tasks and enhance functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in IAM, with a focus on Azure and Sail Point, working as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance Administrator or Engineer.
• Three years or more years of experience with Sail Point Identity provisioning and certification modules.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• High level of English fluency for both written and verbal skills.
• Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM.
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, PIM and MFA.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Power Shell).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware.
• Direct Sail Point Identity Now experience a plus.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Familiarity with system integrations for Identity management tools with other systems using API.
• Proven ability and experience in engineering and administrating IAM workflow systems.
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
• Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to self-educate.
• High level of proficiency with O365/M365, MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
• We are a team of highly collaborative self-starters and seek the same.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• No travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Security Engineer, Sail Point Identity IQ).
• Power BI experience.
