Your ‘day to day’: Define, develop and lead the Multicategory strategy in the regional supermarket channel aligned with the vision of commercial operations in the market.
Main Accountabilities:
Develop strategies for the portfolio to grow sales and So M in the KA channel. (Volume, Numeric Distribution, Weighted Distribution, Assortment, SP).
Manage, control, and allocate financial/budget and people resources assigned to the regional KA channel, assuring the channel sustainability through the correct definition and standardization of agreements
Contribute to the recruitment, development, and retention of a motivated and competent regional key account team.
Identify business opportunities with regional KA and initiate and participate with trade marketing in the development of targeted activities that build profitable volume and share and enhance relationships.
Analyse the performance of these activities and provide input on necessary changes or improvements.
Develop and maintain a simple database containing the terms and conditions of all PMI agreements with existing regional key accounts.
Who we’re looking for:
A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Between 5 to 8 years of experience in FMCG industries with regional KA channel and at least 2 years leading people
Working knowledge of Consumer databases: Power BI, SAP, Excel.
People manager's experience or project management skills are a strong plus.
Ability to understand the needs of key partners.
Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
Is a must to have an understanding and confirmed experience in FCMG.
Fluent Level in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
