Our Opportunity
We are looking for a University Intern for the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Dept. in Maersk Project Logistics (MPL). The tasks entail support for mapping of specific documents belonging to the integrated management system, support in training to the teams and overall optimization in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the preparation of internal audits.
Creation of process flowcharts.
To keep and upload supporting specific integrated management system documents to the IPW platform.
Support in guiding the teams in the investigation of incidents.
Supporting in the organization and development of QHSE trainings to the teams.
Supporting in the revision of the risk matrix, proposing preventive countermeausres.
To colaborate with the Continuous Improvement MPL Team for cooperating in optimization of processes.
Preparation of reports about the QHSE performance.
Communication to the teams of activities related to QHSE.
We're looking for:
A student located in Bogotá, looking for an internship as a requisite for their graduation.
English level minimum basic. Preferably intermediate.
Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication abilities
Good level of Discipline and creativity.
Organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently, as well as and as part of a cross-departmental team
Location in Bogotá, Colombia, office-based.
