Paralegal, Admin Assitant, Contract Administrator (ONLY IN ARMENIA COLOMBIA)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Armenia, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal paperwork and administrative tasks, with a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role requires someone who can work onsite, providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of cliet workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and filing of documents and correspondence
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
Handle client communications, via phone/email
Maintain confidentiality and security of all files and information
Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
Assist with other office duties as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism and discretion
Education:
University or college studies relatated to Law or similar studies
