About the role As a member of the Hubspot Implementation team, the Onboarding Specialist role will guide customers through the Hub Spot technical software setup, identifying objectives, training, and initial activation and adoption. Our customers vary in size and industry, and projects vary in complexity ranging from Base Implementations (Technical setup) plus a Marketing/Sales/Service Hub set up. The Onboarding Specialist should be a motivated team member who has strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects. Success in this role is quantitatively measured via client interaction/feedback, and internal KPIs. Core duties & responsibilities of the role
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Standard Hub Spot Onboarding: Research, Discovery/Kick-off Calls, Identify Objectives, implement a project plan, conduct regular customer calls, provide follow-up resources, assist customers with follow-up questions and handover clients to the Hub Spot success team when applicable.
On-going attention to product adoption
Advise clients on Hub Spot best practices and work with clients to guide their initial Hub Spot setup.
Build strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, business understanding, and excellent execution and delivery.
