Open Access Insurance is hiring for a Lead Generation specialist to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, creating new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will play a key role in driving growth by generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including online research, industry databases, social media, and networking events.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services.
Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information, including contact details, interactions, and status updates.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, metrics, and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation efforts.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively target and engage potential leads.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Proficiency in using lead generation and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Fluent in Both English and Spanish
