Job Title: Graphic Designer

Salary: Starting rate of $3 per hour
Schedule: 6 working days with a rest day (Saturday or Sunday CST), 24/7 operation with fixed 8-hour shifts (schedule may vary based on operational needs)
Job Description:
Stealth Mode Three, LLC, an e-commerce company serving customers in the US, AU, UK, NZ, and Canada, is seeking Graphic Designers to create engaging and effective visual content for various platforms and marketing campaigns. The primary focus of this role will be on creating high-quality mock-ups for custom products tailored to our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities:

Design and create mock-ups for personalized products as per client specifications.
Recreate and enhance low-quality logos and other graphic elements to high standards.
Produce mock-ups for a wide range of products including apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
Collaborate with the customer service team to communicate with the customer.
Assist the business analyst team with graphic representations of data and insights.
Communicate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into visual mock-ups.
Be a fast designer using templates, knowledge about illustrator is key.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
Ability to interpret client feedback and make necessary adjustments to mock-ups.

Note: This position is remote and operates on a no-work-no-pay basis without statutory benefits such as HMOs. Employees are required to provide their own Work From Home equipment, such as a laptop or desktop computer, noise-canceling headsets, and pay for their own internet service. Two unplanned absences may lead to termination, and resignations require a two-week notice period.
