About the Role

As our Expansion Manager for Latin America, you will be a trailblazer, responsible for establishing and growing Cloud Factory's presence in this dynamic market. You'll wear multiple hats – developing a workforce expansion strategy, building strong relationships with local community organizations such as universities, overseeing contractor recruitment, managing client pilot programs, and ensuring a successful launch and ongoing growth of our business in Latin America, starting with Colombia.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify client needs, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment related to Cloud Factory's services and contractor hiring in Latin America.
• Develop a comprehensive market entry strategy, including a business plan, sales & marketing plan, operational setup, and a robust contractor recruitment strategy.
• Identify and recruit a high-performing team to support our local operations and a network of qualified contractors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Latin America, including government agencies, industry associations, potential clients, and contractor pools.
• Build brand awareness for Cloud Factory in Latin America.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant business practices for both internal staff and contracted workforce.
• Design, manage, and analyze pilot programs for clients, demonstrating the value proposition of Cloud Factory's services and paving the way for their full-scale expansion into Latin America.
• Track key metrics and report on progress towards achieving expansion goals, including contractor recruitment targets, client acquisition, and pilot program results.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business expansion in Latin America, ideally within the workforce industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing businesses in new markets.
• Strong understanding of the global workforce solutions market, contractor management best practices, and current trends in Latin America.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for building successful teams.
