Position Overview:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for executing and optimizing the digital marketing strategy for Voyage Real Estate. This role focuses on managing our online presence, engaging our audience across digital platforms, overseeing digital advertising, and supporting our agents with their social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with a passion for growing brand presence and driving business through innovative digital marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies: Create and implement comprehensive strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and more to drive engagement and grow the brand's online presence.
Content creation and curation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and luxury positioning. This includes posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
Schedule and monitor posts: Plan and publish social media content using scheduling tools while ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Analyze and report social performance: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Stay on top of trends: Monitor and incorporate emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
Plan and manage digital ad campaigns: Create and optimize targeted digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Monitor ad performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), adjusting campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Optimize ad budgets: Ensure that digital advertising budgets are spent efficiently, achieving the best possible results while staying within budget constraints.
Engagement on Digital Platforms:
Engage with audiences across all platforms: Foster community engagement on social media, live chat, and other digital platforms, responding promptly to questions and comments.
Oversee live chat: Manage live chat on the website, responding to inquiries in real-time and providing excellent customer service to potential clients.
Monitor and maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all interactions across digital platforms reflect the brand's luxury image and messaging.
Nurture leads from social: Engage with and nurture leads generated through digital platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Social Media Support for Agents:
Provide social media assistance for agents: Help agents develop and implement personalized social media strategies, providing guidance on best practices for showcasing their listings, successes, and expertise.
Host social media training: Provide training sessions or one-on-one support for agents on using social media effectively to grow their personal brand and client base.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing: Preferably in real estate or luxury sectors, with a focus on social media strategy, digital advertising, and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms: Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels.
Digital advertising expertise: Hands-on experience with managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, along with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
Data-driven mindset: Experience using analytics tools to track and improve digital marketing performance, with a focus on KPIs.
Excellent communication and writing skills: Strong ability to craft compelling messages and engage with clients and audiences across various platforms.
Organizational and multitasking abilities: Capable of managing multiple projects, campaigns, and social channels while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with real estate marketing: A plus, but not required. Knowledge of the luxury market or experience supporting agents in promoting listings is highly desirable.
Experience with digital marketing tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Later, or similar scheduling and analytics tools.
