Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Virtual/Digital Specialist, Early in Career Talent Acquisition located in Bogota, Colombia. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. The Virtual/Digital Specialist will be responsible for supporting our virtual/digital strategy to drive attraction to Johnson & Johnson Early in Career Programs. This role will report to the Digital Attraction Lead. They will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and monitoring our attraction across various digital channels. In this role, you will:
Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to assist in developing and delivering highly effective digital sourcing strategies
Implement digital marketing campaigns, including direct messaging across various digital channels
Be a resourceful and consultative relationship builder by partnering with Early in Career Talent Acquisition team members to understand talent priorities
Partnering with recruiters to develop a talent profile for each of our strategic roles
Generate reports, analyze and provide data insights
Manage the daily requisition assignment
Oversee the North America Ei C due diligence process
Additional Duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum 2 years of early in career recruiting experience
Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions through multiple channels is required
Knowledge of early in career virtual platforms is preferred
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and search management systems
