Client Success Specialist

ENGLISH C1 ONLY / INGLÉS C1
The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless execution of client strategies as crafted by our Client Success Strategists. This position involves creating and delivering comprehensive client and internal materials, including writing up client recap and strategy email, client reporting requests, compliance work, co-op documentation, updating client specials, and other critical service deliverables.
Compliance and Co-op Management
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on clients’ advertisements and content to ensure adherence to industry regulations, brand guidelines, and OEM standards.
  • Liaise directly with OEMs to obtain pre-approval for ads and content in a timely manner, ensuring that all materials meet required specifications before publication.
  • Manage and organize the collection of all co-op documentation, ensuring that clients meet co-op program requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance and co-op activities, providing clients with timely updates and guidance on their compliance status.
Monthly Digital Updates
  • Oversee the management and updating of monthly specials, promotions, and other relevant content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that all updates are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.
  • Monitor the performance of digital content and adjust strategies as needed to maximize client visibility and return on investment.
Client Communication and Strategy
  • Draft comprehensive client review emails that outline the performance of their digital marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns promptly and providing expert advice on digital marketing best practices.
  • Work closely with account managers to align client strategies with broader marketing goals and objectives.
Custom Reporting
  • Respond to client requests for custom reports, tailoring data and insights to meet specific client needs and objectives.
  • Utilize various data sources to compile comprehensive reports that provide clients with a clear understanding of their digital marketing performance.
  • Present complex data in a clear and concise manner, making it accessible to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Google Data Studio Reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports in Google Data Studio, leveraging its capabilities to visualize and analyze client data effectively.
  • Continuously optimize reporting templates to improve data accuracy, readability, and relevance to client goals.
  • Train clients on how to interpret Google Data Studio reports, empowering them to make informed decisions based on the presented data.
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of creating custom reports based on specific client requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience gathering, interpreting, and presenting data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • 2+ years of experience using reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, or other similar platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
Knowledge
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools that assist in task prioritization, such as Asana.
  • Understanding of time-sensitive workflows, project timelines, and the impact of deadlines on overall project success.
  • Strong foundation in data analysis, including the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and generate insights.
  • Awareness of changing industry trends, tools, and technologies, and an understanding of how to pivot strategies when necessary.
