Call Center Representative
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team in Barranquilla. The role involves providing translation services (live and document translation) This is a 3-month pilot position with the opportunity for remote work upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live translation services and translate documents from English to Spanish for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Manage sales and appointment-setting tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing planillas.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies.
- Candidates must be in their 30s.
- High proficiency in English
- Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is essential.
- Must have a valid Cedula and RUT.
- Ability to work under a prestación de servicios contract.
- B2B Experience
- Onsite work at Regus in Green Towers, Barranquilla.
- Potential to transition to remote work after the 3-month pilot phase.
