Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at JJAS Door Installations, Inc. This person must be located in Pereira or the municipalities nearby. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and emails, form filling, and managing administrative projects. The role also involves data analysis and research, drafting reports and presentations, and providing support to the management team.
Qualifications

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
B2+ or C1 English level
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in data analysis and research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or a related field is a plus
