The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing business and driving Trojan’s market within LATAM by the creation, improvement, and implementation of sales strategies to increase share within the assigned market; meeting targets for profitable sales and margin. The successful candidate establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts by demonstrating an engaging and inclusive leadership behavior.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
Main point of contact for customers, consultant engineers, contractors and representatives.
Create, nurture and management pipeline with the use of Trojan CRM
Increase sales and profits by meeting assigned targets for profitable sales voume and margin
Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contact, trade seminar/shows product demonstrations/evaluations and channel management
Takes actions and makes decisions that support the business culture. Ability to develop and execute a business plan and manage territory as it is one's own business.
Uses Funnel Management metrics, KPI, and forecasting to self-manage productivity.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor of Science; Engineering or technical degree preferred
5+ years of successful technical sales / channel management /customer facing experience
ïFamiliarity with water treatment systems and applications
Fluent in English and spanish written and spoken. Portuguese will be a plus.
Will require to travel across LATAM based on business priorities (could be in excess of 50% of the time).
