JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief of Communications will work in the strategic part of the company. This person is responsible for actions that can be on or offline, inbound or outbound, aiming at results such as boosting sales, building and consolidating customer relationships and strengthening the brand image in the market. Also works on fronts such as Inside Sales, SEO (Searching Engine Optimization), digital marketing and external/internal events, CRM (Sales Frorce or other tools).
This position is to help design, develop and implement the company's marketing strategies to understand which actions are the best for the consolidation of the company in marketing campaigns offline or the digital environment and constantly analyses the performance of each one of them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main activities and responsibilities
1- Inside Sales: Handle and Qualified leads from Digital and Generate warm leads for BDR (new projects) and Sales (Churn recovery and warm qualified lead generation)
- Generate analysis on lost customers.
- Administer and be main point of contact with external source inside sales supplier.
- Answer customer Emails and delegate to the corresponding sales/BDR
- Follow up con Sales force conversion of leads
- Reporting
2- Digital Marketing: Generate Leads
- Create Digital strategies by Key segments.
- Create strategies for each part of the sales funnel in the digital context.
- Optimize the SEO work of the company's pages, so that they are always with good visibility in search engines.
- Develop actions that strengthen the relationship between company and customer in presential events and also in a digital media.
- Define with MSM Value proposition by segments to focus communication upon.
- Build inbound marketing strategies, generating valuable content for different platforms and for different stages of the consumer journey.
3- Customer/Branding: Support Sales in actions direct to customers – Generate Leads
- Assist in branding actions, aiming to strengthen the company's image.
- Based on consumer behavior, prepare materials for use by the commercial team, both to capture leads and to retain customers through marketing campaign included Customer Experience actions.
- Assemble the brand's editorial calendar and be in close conversation with content creators (Segments, Portfolios, Customers /Sales & BDM/ leaders) so that materials are produced according to established guidelines.
- Organize and Implements Eternal events (Segments, BDM, trainings)
4- Market Research/data analitics: Improve Intel and decision making.
- Conduct market and competition research (benchmarking).
- Survey the metrics, analyze them and make the study visible to the company, generating inputs for other teams to think about next steps.
- Constant review with Customer of what value means for them.
- Support sales in data Intelligence reports.
5- Internal Support: Implementation of Internal targets
- Organize and Implements Internal events.
- Support in Training organization.
- Function as Liaison to reach the correct person in the organization to achieve expected results.
The candidate should have availability to travel.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree/Marketing/Advertising/IT/Systems or related to the business.
- Advanced English
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in Digital Marketing

Inbound & Outbound (emailing, campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media, bots, paid traffic, etc)
- Previous experience in presential events and customer experience program

- Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Oracle or similar ERM/ERP
- IIR or similar Project / Sales leads Database
- Word press or similar (Website backend administration)
