A Day in the Life
Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:
- Recepción e ingreso de equipos (desinfección y solicitud de OS), informando oportunamente al coordinador.
- Apoya en la comunicación con clientes internos/externos, asegurando la entrega de respuestas en tiempo y forma.
- Recepción y registro de las ördenes de Compra de clientes para ejecución de trabajos en depot y terreno, y apoya la resolución de disputas que pudieran generarse.
- Apoya las gestiones de las diferentes solicitud de los FSE (ingreso/ despachos de repuestos, de equipos para clientes/ Mpxr).
- Apoya la gestión de coordinador y Manager en sus distintas solicitudes.
- Se relaciona con los distintos proveedores solicitando cotizaciones, realizando
- Ordenes de Compra en Ariba y asegurando el pago de facturas.
- Apoya en el orden de toda el área de trabajo, con apoyo de todo el equipo de ST.

Asegura el control documental de certificados ingenieros y equipos patrones.
Contribuye al cumplimiento del flujo de trabajo.
Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:
- Carrera Técnica en Administración.
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia como asistente administrativo en empresas de dispositivos médicos.
- Conocimientos de SAP deseable
- Experiencia como asistente administrativo en servicio técnico deseable.
- Inglés básico.
