We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team for a global project with an international client

What you´ll do
This role involves leading agile practices ensuring seamless project execution and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and optimizing multi-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.

Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Implement strategies to optimize multi-channel customer experiences leveraging agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Conduct regular assessments of team performance and agile processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Ensure transparency and visibility of project status through effective reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance team collaboration and project

Necessary skills and experience required:

Advanced level of English.
More than 10 years of experience in similar positions.
Possess a deep understanding of agile principles and practices with proven experience as a Scrum Master in CX and Multi Channel domains.
Ability to use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Certifications in agile project management, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar.
Demonstrate strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams.
