101 Doors and Windows is a locally owned and operated company with a strong family atmosphere. We are currently looking for a skilled Wood Door Speciclist who can support our production facility. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
As the Wood Dood Production Specialist, you will be responsible for leading installation projects and assisting in our production facility. Your role will involve assembling, building, and fabricating various wooden components, with a strong emphasis on precision and finish carpentry skills. A background in woodworking, particularly finish carpentry, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring top-quality finishes and efficient project completion
- Assemble and fabricate wooden components with a focus on precise, high-quality craftsmanship
- Perform finish carpentry work, including trimming, fitting, and ensuring smooth finishes on doors and windows
- Support the production team in maintaining workflow and meeting deadlines
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production and installation process
- Proven experience in woodworking and finish carpentry
- Strong ability to work with wood, ensuring precise and smooth finishes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
