Winter season janitorial duties specific to winter cleaning, including but not limited to, cleaning salt and sand from areas, sweeping and mopping common areas etc.
Location: St. John, NL
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
General Description: : A janitor is generally responsible for the cleaning of all hard floor surfaces and carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, and the collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage bin. Other responsibilities could be included.

Responsibilities:
- Clean floors (mopping, sweeping)
- Daily cleaning of washrooms, offices, lockers rooms and lunchrooms
- Empties and cleans garbage cans
- Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches, and doors
- Restocks single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins
- Dusts and damp wipes office equipment
- Additional duties may be required from time to time.
