We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our busy furniture store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team, ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt and intake of furniture deliveries from vendors.
- Prepare and inspect furniture for pick-up or delivery to clients, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks for items received and shipped.
- Manage warehouse staff, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure efficient workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving various sizes of furniture.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
