As a Retail Sales and Visual Merchandiser at Bricks, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the visual appeal of our store. Your responsibilities will include creating captivating displays, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Merchandising:
• Design and implement visually appealing displays to showcase our products effectively.
• Ensure all merchandise is presented in alignment with company standards and branding.
• Regularly update displays to maintain a fresh and engaging shopping environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate promotional materials and signage into displays.

• Sales:
• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them towards suitable products.
• Utilize product knowledge to make informed recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

• Inventory Management:
• Assist with receiving shipments and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
