Utility/Jitney Driver (Class 5)

Overview of who we are looking for:
WCS is looking for a Class 5 Driver with or without experience in our industry with the daily objective to safely complete designated routes. This positions services underground waste and recycling bins and brings it from underground to street-side so that our Front Load trucks can perform the pick-up/dump onsite.

Requirements:
- Class 5 License.
- 2 years of commercial vehicle driving experience required.
- Experience in the waste management industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a diverse and evolving group dynamic.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, while maintaining a positive and respectful work atmosphere with the other employees.
- Ability to work with little to no supervisions at times with the added expectation to work in a team environment.
What we offer:

Shift available:
- 5x8, Monday to Friday 4:30am start;
- Competitive compensation ($29.16-$32.39);
- Competitive benefits package including premiums paid for by the Company;
- Overtimes;
- Training and ability to advance.
