The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of the entire recruitment cycle. They work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to support the search for ideal candidates to build our highly dynamic workforce. They will also play a key role in supporting the execution of projects and deliverables within our Talent Acquisition strategy.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma
- Experience: 2+ years' related
- Demonstrated recruitment experience within a fast-paced organization would be considered an asset
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System would be considered an asset
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Demonstrated success at cross-functional collaboration at all levels
- Ability to positively represent the organization’s brand in the candidate market
- Support the execution of the recruitment process for all candidates including screening interviews, booking interviews and working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to determine candidate suitability
- Ensure a high standard of Talent Acquisition data quality through various data entry methods, as well as maintaining and compiling reports and data sources
- Support the Student Recruitment Strategy by executing Co-Op Student recruitment in partnership with Talent Management
- Support the execution of key projects and deliverables within our Talent Acquisition strategy
- May require some travel for Job Fairs and Hiring Events
